This monthly group coaching experience is designed specifically for students who are ready to grow not just in dance, but in life. Because when you grow as a leader, everything else follows. Achieve your dreams with a coach who has a proven track record of excellence.

• Monthly Zoom Sessions – Join a live 60-minute call each month led by leadership and professional development expert Dori LaMarra. You’ll receive:

  • Targeted leadership training around mindset, communication, inspiration, and team-building.

• Real-time coaching, feedback, and connection to help break through the fears that can hold a student back.

• Class Etiquette Certification for members who commit to a full year.

Dori LaMarra is not only the founder of Elite Leaders™- she’s helped the next generation for decades.

Since 1977, Dori has built, led, and mentored successful performing arts schools, coaching thousands of students and business owners alike. Her unique blend of experience in business, the performing arts, and leadership development gives her a perspective few can match. She has been helping the next generation shine with proven exceptional success. 

Dori is a Certified Speaker, Coach, Trainer, and Leader with the Maxwell Leadership Team, a DISC Behavioral Analyst, and a Brain Health Coach through the Amen Clinics. She serves on the President’s Advisory Council and is active in the Global Youth Initiative.

With over five decades of experience, Dori understands what it takes for the Next Gen to thrive and capture their dreams. She brings wisdom, warmth, and a deep passion for helping the Next Generation lead with confidence and clarity.

• ADDITIONAL ADD FOR IN PERSON: Available for in-person coaching as requested. In-Person coaching is available for committed members to enhance the full package. Pricing will be discussed based on location and time. This add-on is paid through Elite Leaders Venmo.
